Who is Spiritual Direction for?
Spiritual Direction is for anyone longing to slow down, listen more deeply, and live with attentiveness to God’s presence within their life. Whether you are in a season of transition, questioning, grief, or simply desiring a quieter way of being, you are welcome just as you are.
What is Spiritual Direction not?
Spiritual Direction is not therapy, coaching, or counseling, though it may at times complement those practices. It is not about fixing or directing your life, but about creating space to prayerfully listen, discern, and attend to God’s presence within your story.
How does the journey of Spiritual Direction evolve over time?
Spiritual Direction is an ongoing journey that gently unfolds over time. Some may meet with a Spiritual Director for a season, while others continue for many years, allowing the journey to take shape in the ways most supportive to their relationship with God.
How often do we meet?
Most people meet once a month, but the rhythm can be adjusted based on what best supports your journey.
Where will we meet?
Sessions are currently held online via Google Meet.
Cost
Yes, there is a fee, and I’ll be happy to talk about it in our initial meeting.
To Begin
I offer a free 20-minute initial meeting where we can connect and get to know one another.
It is an opportunity to experience how I hold space, ask any other questions,
and discern whether we’d like to start this journey together.
Please email dear.silviakwon@gmail.com to book your initial meeting.
